RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

All products sold in our store are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, our return conditions differ from traditional retail models.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We will replace or refund any item that arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect due to a fulfillment error

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

To file a claim, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If the issue is determined to be a production or fulfillment error, we will cover all associated costs.


2. Lost in Transit

If your order is lost in transit, you must notify us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.


3. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • An incorrect address

  • An insufficient address

  • Failure to claim the package

The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Unclaimed returns may be donated or disposed of after a holding period without refund eligibility.


4. Buyer’s Remorse / Size Exchanges

Because all products are custom-made to order:

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.

  • We do not offer free size exchanges.

  • If you wish to order a different size or product variation, a new order must be placed at your expense.

We strongly encourage customers to review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Sealed goods once opened

  • Personal-use items not suitable for return

Such items will not be eligible for refund or exchange.


6. Brazil Customers – Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing in Brazil may request a return within 7 consecutive days of receiving the product, in accordance with local consumer protection regulations.

The request must include photographic evidence of the product’s condition.
Returns will be evaluated to confirm the item has not been used, damaged, or altered. Refunds may be denied if usage or deterioration is identified.


7. EU Consumer Notice

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(c) and 16(e)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

  2. Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Accordingly, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these provisions.


8. Governing Language

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for convenience.
